Ebryonna Wiggins
Ms. Wiggins graduated from Williams College in 2012 with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Spanish. A native of upstate New York, Ms. Wiggins came to South Florida in 2017 to finish her legal studies by completing nine months of internships. She spent six months with the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, and rounded out the remaining three months with a prominent Hollywood law firm that focused on business and commercial litigation. David B. Adamian, Esq.
David B. Adamian is an Associate Attorney at Stevens & Goldwyn, P.A. David received his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2015, and his Juris Doctorate in 2018, both from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to joining Stevens & Goldwyn, David represented secured creditors and servicers in all stages of residential mortgage foreclosure cases throughout the entire state of Florida. David now represents community associations across Florida providing excellent legal representation to these associations on matters relating to civil litigation, mediation, pre-suit dispute resolution, and an association’s governing loan documents.
Joseph G. Paggi III
Joseph G. Paggi III serves as the Firm’s Senior Litigation and Appellate Attorney handling all civil trial matters from inception through final disposition and on appeal throughout the State of Florida. Joseph received his Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Florida and received his Juris Doctor in law from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
Joseph has successfully handled over 81 appeals to the various district courts, most notably, Page v. Deutsche Bank Tr. Co. Ams., 308 So. 3d 953, 954 (Fla. 2020), Deutsche Bank Nat’l Tr. Co. v. Pereira, 352 So. 3d 3, 4 (Fla. 4th DCA 2022), and Nationstar Mortg. LLC v. Faramarz, 331 So. 3d 738, 740 (Fla. 4th DCA 2021).
Joseph is also admitted to practice in federal and bankruptcy court before the United States District Court in and for the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to joining Stevens & Goldwyn, P.A., Joseph defended homeowners in hundreds of residential mortgage foreclosure actions and, most recently, prosecuting residential mortgage foreclosures on behalf of national banks and mortgage servicers.
Joseph now represents some of the largest community associations in the State of Florida providing legal representation and advice to associations on all civil trial matters, contract disputes, zoning issues, violations, foreclosures, maintenance and improvement issues, complaints, and all matters related to or arising out of an association’s performance of its duties and enforcement of its underlying governing documents.
